The cannibal chef is only one of four NPCs to be found in the Warrens, a relatively small area, so he is not difficult to track down once players have found their way through the Vaults.
Knjakr won't spawn while this quest objective is active, though, and players will have to return to the Warrens and find Knjakr's cell another time. The Ragged Flagon is an inn associated with Skyrim's secretive Thieves Guild, and players will likely travel into the Warrens during a side quest called A Cornered Rat. Players will have to access The Ratway Vaults through The Ragged Flagon before finding the door the the Warrens. Knjakr lives in the The Ratway Warrens below Riften, one section of the sewer-like tunnel network known as The Ratway. Those hoping to flaunt their culinary aspiration in Tamriel might find seeking out Skyrim's cannibal chef worthwhile, since killing him will provide a Chef's Hat and Chef's Tunic as loot. Knjakr doesn't pose an especially dangerous threat to high level characters, but more trusting players of a lower level may be caught off guard and put in a difficult situation by his sudden attack if Knjakr's true intentions aren't known beforehand.

When the Dragonborn approaches, he'll attack with an axe weapon, which he has been sharpening for just such an occasion on the grindstone in his home. Players simply exploring the nooks and crannies of Skyrim may be surprised to find themselves suddenly attacked by a man wearing a chef hat and apron. A Nord, Knjakr will attempt to convince the Dragonborn to enter his humble abode, feigning friendliness. One such instance occurs when finding a cannibal chef named Knjakr living under the city of Riften, who daringly attempts to make the Dragonborn his next meal. There are dozens of hours of questing to be had in Skyrim, but part of the game's appeal is the ability to stumble upon interesting, unique interactions even after dozens of hours in the game. Even a decade removed from its release, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim continues to be a staple in the realm of open world RPGs.
